Punishing a commander for artillary friendly fire is just WRONG. Like frag said, people should pay attention and move back when the arty comes in.
I find playing commander is very frustrating when people won't pay attention.
On the other hand, I have had commanders arty me when I am capturing a flag and no enemy is around. I will punish for that. I had that happen the other night and that was the teams last chance to get a control point or lose.
