I checked these out last night (well, this morning...) but I was too tired to reply to your IM lol

Some of these are really really awesome. This one just might be my favourite: http://photos.iburbia.com/displayima...album=6&pos=13. I think it's because the reddish orange color of the beads stands out so much. It obviously isn't part of the statue but it still "fits".

Other ones that I really liked are: http://photos.iburbia.com/displayima...?album=6&pos=4 - the colors in this remind me of autumn...mmmm my favourite season! it's a really nice sort of abstract shot. i think it would be abstract, i don't know.
http://photos.iburbia.com/displayima...?album=6&pos=7 - I love the dominating rusted red color in this one!!
http://photos.iburbia.com/displayima...album=6&pos=19 - I thought at first the bird was part of a statue because it was so clear and there was no blur. I wish my camera could do this
http://photos.iburbia.com/displayima...album=6&pos=21 - same with this one... it's awesome and looks like a papparazi shot (replace his face with tom cruise, lol) but I can never get a crisp clear picture of someone in motion, even in really good lighting

http://photos.iburbia.com/displayima...?album=6&pos=8 - this one I probably would have liked a lot more if you zoomed out just enough to where the entire memorial was in view with no edges cut off.
http://photos.iburbia.com/displayima...?album=6&pos=6 - this is a great perspective shot but the light at the end of the path throws me off a bit. it's probably just burn out though... something i have probably never been able to take a picture without having

really great pics varm!! i'm interested to see what others picked as their favourites
