I am an ex smoker but I strongly disagree with this ruling. The government taxes tobacco sales (heavily) and allows the sale of tobacco products. They have known about the danger of tobacco for YEARS, it's not like that's a new discovery. This is a cash grab, nothing more. If they feel tobacco is so bad they should sue AND ban the sale of the product. Whiel they still tax the product and allow it's sale this whole thing is a farce IMHO.
