First thing, I'd go with a more high end motherboard. Asrock makes that nice AGP/PCIe motherboard, but since you are getting a new PCIe graphics card there's no point in going with Asrock, there's much better quality motherboards out there. That motherboard has two x16 PCIe slots which would allow you to do Crossfire down the line (two ATi graphics card) though IMO doing any of the Crossfire/SLI setups is rather stupid, that might be harsh but there are many potential problems with both, so I would personally go with this board: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813123258

IMO a better case could be choosen. Some dont care, but when you build a computer I think you should invest in a good case that has good air flow and a design that wont look cheesy after a month or two. Its personal perference though.

The rest looks really good to me.
