replacing brake pads/rotors labor????

Ok when I got my new tires they told me I needed to replace brake pads and rotors (I knew pads already before this and there is nothing wrong with my rotors). well they said for $340 they can replace the front pads and rotors. I said no ill do it myself. I have replaced pads/rotars pads/drums before on my old car no big deal. Well finally went today to pick up brake pads. $25 like they always have been on my old car. I dont need rotors but I asked how much and they are $30/ea. same as my old car. hmm $60 for rotors and $25 for pads equals $85. where is the other $250 for labor?? figure most places charge $50 for labor around here so 5 hours to replace rotors and brake pads?????? OMG they must be the slowest place in town or something cause last time I did my car brakes and rotors it took me maybe an hour to do both sides. Talk about a rip off man I feel sorry for those who cant do it themselves or knows someone who can do it alot cheaper.
