. actually right now there are 3 out of 6 of us beechin cause someone got added to the ot list that shouldnt be. This person was hired in as a dual trade electrician but yet this person is put on the mechanics ot rotation. 3 of us are pissed about it cause this person should be on the electrical rotation. This person cant be on the electrical rotation though because this person only has 1000 electrical hours which pissed off 80% of the maintenance department because 15 of us bid on that job internally and they didnt give a single one of us an interview. the other problem with that is 10 of those 15 had the electrical journeyman card already 3 were in the apprenticeship and 2 of us are trying to get into the electrical apprenticeship. and i just saw a snail drop out of my sw aquarium haha.
