I see I got hit with a huge Federation Bounty while I was attacking Nobody (he was offline). I was able to attack and get a couple of my old sectors back, but any time I would scan another of his planets, I would get a saying that a Federation bounty would be put on me if I attacked him. Does this game limit the number of offline attacks that can be made on an enemy. Not complaining, just asking. Didn't see any information about that in the FAQ.
