lol erad already told you how to fix that problem. He then said you can adjust more properties in the system folder. What I was talking about was that stupid pop up every 10 minutes is annoying and thats why I gave you that link. I assumed when you changed your windows update settings (which is in your control panel) you wanted to know how to stop that pop up
