Made quite a few changes:

• $500,000,000,000 IGB Limit
• Teams Limited to 2 players
• IGB Interest is 0.00003 previously 0.0008
• IGB Loan Interest rate 0.006 up from 0.003
• Apocalypse every 180 minutes, this was 15 minutes.
• Experience point system has been double, defeating a planet used to be 100 now 200, losing a planet was -50 points, now -100 etc.
• Debris will no longer launch a nova bomb and destroy your ship.
• You can now be average tech level of 10 with out being towed from Fed Space
• Colonist reproduction rate has been lowered from 0.008 to 0.004
• Starting turns now at 8,000
• Starting credits now at $1,000,000 up from $800,000
• Sectors now at 10,000 up from 4,000
• Game is being advertised on master game list

Also to note, once you have 3 bounties on you the federation will start attacking you.
