But I don't want to wait. What if she changes her mind? lol

I have heard others say they don't recommend SLI. I was thinking it would be good because my computer gets frizzy when I'm manipulating high poly models in 3dsmax. I want that program to run a lot smoother because it gets to be a big pain. Is that something SLI can fix... with 2 high end cards?
