The flight simulator ones are just down right cool, but the one with coke is just out right nasty (how could someone live that way)?
In the most recent Popular Science there is a guy who built his own simulator similar to those used in the air force or navy. I might say it was pretty cool, but I noticed that he needs to upgrade to Flight Simulator X.
