I have plenty of resources on my planets, so I'm not going into starvation, but some of my planets keep losing colonists. I might transmer 75 million in, and the next day it's down to 5 million. Nothing in the planetary disaster log either. I have scanned for spies. Is it possible that a very high tech level transferred spies on that planet. I'm stumped. Sensor levels are 21+ on all planets. The one I'm losing colonists on is a sensor level 25 & did spy scan on that one....nothing.
