Something that is fun to do if you go bar hopping is wear a white t-shirt, and have people sign it. Easy way to let everyone know you are 21, may get a few extra shots and some easy play.
A bunch of kegs by a bonfire is usually fun too, that way everyone can be there and not just some of your better friends. You won't need to remember something like this, people will remind you well after you want them too.
