marinade: 1 bottle zesty Italian salad dressing
1/3 cup of lemon juice
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons paprika
3-4 pounds of chicken
Blend all ingredient's together, Reserve 1/4 cup of marinade for basting while you cook, then pour over chicken cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Turn chicken in marinade to make sure all chicken gets covered. Then using heavy duty aluminum foil make a pouch, pour chicken and marinade into the pouch and cook over medium grill heat for about 20 min. I usually use 2 sheets of foil on bottom add chicken mix and then add 2 more pieces to the top and fold the edges together so the marinade does not leak out while cooking. Cook for 10 min and turn over for the other 10 grill lid closed. Remove pouch from grill cut open and then cook the chicken until done on the open grill basting with the reserved marinade.
I suppose you could use those foil pouches they make, but I have never tried them.
