Moving is a pain no matter the reason. This time however, it wasn't so bad. I get my 4-bedroom all brick home back and my mortgage on it is about what a 2 bedroom apt. goes for here.
going to rent out 1, maybe 2 bedrooms...let them pay my mortgage.
