What do you mean by that? Europe makes the fastest cars out there: Ferrari, Maserati, Mclaren F1, Bugatti Veyron, Lambo, Aston Martin, Mercedes SLK, Porsche. No American car comes close, except for maybe Vettes and Vipers. Sure, Europe never really made muscle cars, but countries there have made cars that are fast as ****.
