I use the logitech MX518. It's corded.

2 main buttons
1 wheel
3 top button, 1 in front of wheel, 2 behind (inline)
2 side (thumb) buttons.

all programmable.

I think it's the same as the MX510 with changeable dpi settings on the fly.
