prolly mid - late 90s toyota camery rear bumper.
i was on my way to work today, and sum1 stopped at a stop sign, started going, and then stopped again, i was already looking down the road and started to go not realizing that they stopped
no visual damage to my car, not even a scratch, but for some reason their bumper was partially loose.
the guy said that its my choice if i want to go through insurance as to raise my premium. as he was going through all of it, he stated that he wouldnt have been too worried about it if the bumper wasnt loose and partially falling off, and that the same thing happened about 2 months ago to him, and he didnt do anything to fix it.
im thinking that it wasnt just my car that was the start of his bumper problem, but i finished it
..... shouldnt he know that he is doing something wrong if this happens to him alot? now im just venting..... i mean seriously, dont stop after you start going after you stop at the stop sign! no cars comming at all! blah. this sucks.
