8pm EST should be 9pm EDT or 6pm PDT but considering the way people tend to screw up posting time zones it probably would be a good idea to get there at 8pm EDT just to be sure.
It has been suggested, in the Epic UT3 forum, that everyone show up with an IRC nick of WheresTehDemo.
