That's quite a coincidence. This is our third child as well.
But according to my wife the headache wasn't really the worst part. It took them five tries to get the epidural needle in, so in the process they bruised up her back and her spine quite fully. She wasn't exactly pleased about the blood patch requiring a needle be stuck into the worst of it, either.

ouch yeah my wife only had the needle stuck in once so that wasnt a problem for her. She thought the headache was the worst. hmm you would think all women having 3rd children and an epi would get headaches.
