Soul disabled HTML in the Fragments Thread because Boobio linked a youtube flick in here the other day, and it messed up the FoS front page. I moved the thread he posted to the Time Killing Zone section to fix the front page. I guess the smilies are part of the HTML control set, and now they don't show when you go to post.
