lol thats what I dont undstand. I have alt tabbed out and my cpu is never running over 70% when running bf2.

when you alt tab, yes bf2 is still running, but it's in the background and the o/s puts the most current window at a higher priority and the priority scheduler makes that task run more frequently than the lower priority task (bf2)...thank you operating systems class, lol

and ketel, i use sennheisser pc150 headset and have no complaints at all. i think i use onboard too. i'm not a music or sound buff, i just want to hear footsteps and talk in-game...they do wonders in cs:s, bf2 i could play with no sound and do just as well, lol. they're like 50 bucks and sound decent to me.
