lol, maybe you just have them too loud, i hear fine and i've had headphones for like 5-6 years

get some speakers and a hearing aid.

Generally with headphones you listening upwards of almost 10dB louder than speakers. This is why you must be very careful with them. I never go up above 29% on the volume of my sound card which is around 73dB.
