We have reported this issue and it is being addressed by the appropriate teams to ensure that none of the statistics should be lost, only delayed.
Checking the BFHQ section of the game will allow you to see when and how your Rank and Statistics are updated. Once this issue is resolved, and Ranking is updated, Rank and Statistics should update on time as the rounds are calculated.
Stats and rankings are for Ranked Servers. Make sure you have been playing on a Ranked server. You can locate a ranked server by checking the Ranked Server box in the Internet Filters options. You should also notice a double chevron icon to the left of the server name.
