Changes
I have modified the game a bit to make it a bit faster paced:

Colonists go up to 10,000,000,000 now
Reproduction rate is changed from .05 to .009 (This is a bit better but will probably need slowed down)
chosen Interest was changed from .0003 to .003, Planet Interest is at 1.005.
Planet production moved from every 1 minute to every 2 minutes


I will be slowing down the turns a bit as well, but haven't chosen a rate yet. Any other comments?

When the next game starts you will get more $ to start so you don't have to mess around with the initial trading.
There will also be less sectors and less federation sectors, and the furengee ships will be turned on (bots)
