Yeah, the first time this happened to me I had like 150 turns left, and the closest place I could warp to was like 300 some or more. I had to wait awhile.

good to know, in v3 alpha there is no more ship yard, your ships are stored on your planet and you can have multiples of the same ship if you desire.

BTW, nova debris is disabled, so I changed it to enabled and then disabled it again. Hope it is fixed.
How much $ did you loose? I will refund it.

~100 mil maybe? i had just bought a "traveling around" stealth ship and upgraded 3 components to lvl15 when about 2 pieces of debris later i hit the big one.
i don't know why ship destroying debris is even in the game...the risk is so great that after having 2 ships destroyed in previous games, i've totally ignored debris until it was "turned off" this game.
i'll keep testing debris to see if it appears to be disabled or not.

I'm back on the debris bandwagon until we know for sure it's disabled.
I lost a ship the first game courtesy of the hidden nova bomb.
