Yeah, Im Kiros, And even though ive been fasley accused for cheating, i have not - I simply ran smart trade routes with a heavy munitions ship. I did do something stupid, (however I didnt acquire anything from my old account, and started from scratch as everyone did), and yes i forgot to buy an escape pod and attacked the wrong thing with the wrong ship ... cause im a bonehead like that. And quite frankly, if people are going to come into our private game throwing out accusations about people cheating then I am not for allowing outsiders into the next game, because thats what I enjoy the most about this game is playing with a community of people who dont hold bad feelings on their shoulders over a game.

*Edit* Btw... I am sorry for my roommate, as much as I have condemned his acts on the game and I have warned him about 3 account creations... I do believe that he has not been transfering credits or planets... however I do understand that the way he is playing... is a nuisence and not fair... but I am just a normal player in this game, and while I have "advised" against it... i can do nothing to change his thought cause of freewill... so if there is anyone who is having problems with his playing... consider him cheating... whatever it is... and I really dont care, i just want to play and its not bothering me so its not my place to intervene... BUT... There is private messages on Blacknova... and Soul does have the power to do whatever he wishes so please send him a message explaining things, and ( while I do not know if this is going on but just incase... please dont harass me or my mom about his style of playing just because he is my roommate please?) Please confront him about it, and let me and Mom play the game in relative peace in harmony like previous games? I may sound like im bitching a little, which im not... and i have no problems with anyone! I love juu guys!!! I just... wanna play the game, and i think so does everyone else, so if anyone is hindering the playablity of the game in a cheating kinda way that is in clear violation of the rules or really dislike something another player does, please dont bother other people about your personal problem but refer it to someone with power, or take the initiative to confront the person about it... sorry if this brings extra burdon on you soul... but know that i Wub Juu for bring back blacknova, and would be more then welcome to help in anyway possible! But until then me, roo, blitz, mike(twentythree something?) are just regular players, and while we may dislike the way someone plays, ive come to understand that is part of the game, and that you should just play the games underrules... SOOOO that said... one last thing then is off to bed... i understand that creating new characters may be illegal... especially if its in clear violation of rules... however i do not believe i violated anyrules... and if you believe mike has.... well then do something about it...

Each player should only have 1 account active at a time. If you blow up your ship and want to start over from scratch I don't have a problem with that. Having multiple accounts is another issue and is considered cheating in these types of games. I will be sending out a mass e-mail to everyone explaining this and ask those with multiples to drop to 1 account, if they don't I will delete the accounts at my choosing, probably taking the higher ranking of the account.

I don't think Mas is saying that Mike has multiple accounts. He's saying that Mike has had multiple accidents and ended restarting 3 times now. I don't believe Mike is cheating, and I don't believe he's got more than 1 account, Mas would have told me if he did.

No problem Roo, just clarifying for everyone. I sent out the e-mail and will check for users with the same IP and follow up with them. Account creation closes tomorrow anyway.
