If people choose to play there or not is their own prerogative, no need to rake each other over the coals over something so trivial as one BF2 server in a vast universe. Let it go.

Oh I know this is only a game.. I could've made a much bigger deal about what happened… but you know what I play elsewhere. I do miss having a server to play on where I know people, but that's ok. The only reason I made a point is that stories have changed and its apparent others have a misconception of what they are really dealing with. I don't think its fair for dudio, who had my back initially now to come and say I was spawn camping when he knows better. I'm not condemning anyone who plays there, only those who side with them for the childish actions they took on people such as myself or blong who have been around for much longer. Will bf2 get me a job? No. Married? No. BF2 does allow me to game it up with friends though. I'm a fair person and I play air within the confines of what the game allows.


Congrats on the new venture. That must be exciting and nerve racking all at the same time.

Ahh, it's not that nerve racking. If things go wrong I just load up my last saved game.

Sad thing is...i hate alot of the rules out there... ITS WAR!!!!!!!! WE FIGHT ANYWAY TO WIN! (without cheats/hacks) Theres servers i play on the allowed base rapage!! and i love it...racks up ur points..but if the guys in the base cant kill ur tank well then thats there problem not mine. But simple rules such as no constant TK and Cursing/Harrassing other people shouldnt be allowed like so. Thats why ive been going to this one other server lately and it even says in there rules that they allow Base rape.

I don't mind base raping but a few seconds of respawn protection would be nice. Especially on Karkand when the smacktards camp spawn points with an APC.

The thing I never get about folks complaining about certain behaviors (non hacks/cheats) like base raping or spawn camping is that they are free to do the same thing but lack the ingenuity or ability to do it. So instead of competing within the loose rules of the game, they make up a bunch of new rules so they can compete. This is just like the nerd you used to play army with in elementary school that always made up new rules each time you pwned him so he could feel better about himself. This is really all about small minded and insecure little boys that want to be able to win without putitng forth the effort to actually improve their skills to do so.

If they want a bunch of rules and nice warm feelings they should stick to playing the sims with their sister. I just won't play on servers that are run by pansies like that.

I know I am late to this thread but I am still hot about this topic. I have been kicked before for sneaking into their base and stealing thier vehicles and shooting my way out to cap a flag or two. Bunch of freakin lamers who want to play a "nice" war game.
