proves that you can get those mec/rebel/insurgent whatever ribbons. just exactly how they are earned is the ?. you can also get more than one combat action medal cause he has 2 and he has 4 of the metorious or whatever.

Actually I read somewhere else that it was something like 60 hours + 80 points... Seems to me that the hours don't match

I'd spend more time looking but I'm guess after poking around. 100 wins... 80+ points maybe 60+ hours
