I think we finally know the formula, maybe

For those interested....Here is what happpened exactly for me.

1. play each map in theater.

2. get 50 hours in theater.

3. then you MUST have a 1:1 or better W/L ratio for the army in theater you need. for both you need the above and be 1:1 or better in theater overall. obviously if both armies are 1:1+ then your overall would be too.

after 50 hours I had something like 1.2:1 seal, a 0.54:1 Mec and like a 0.85:1 overall in theater. I only got the Seal one. I needed either something like 24 mec wins for a 1:1 MEC or 10 wins (either side) for an overall in theater 1:1. Once I got the wins to achieve 1:1 overall I got the Mec ribbon. It's kinda like Mac. His Mec was less than 1:1 but his Seal was high enuff that he also had an overall of 1:1+ so he got both at once.
