um..... yeah. Maybe you should read the agreement for EA and it's partners.

It's business, it's there game, there design, and they have the right to have it played the way they want it.

It's still fun, maybe if the people that are bored wtih the game focused less on getting hours and those precious metals, ranks, etc and just kill like you have in previous games... you would have fun again.

I'm with dudio on this.

I never get enough time to play, so I just like to get on when I can and shoot Heater in the back as much as possible.

It's the only thing I like and whats kept me playing BF2. Without that it's just bf42 or BFV with nicer graphics IMO.

I still prefer the gameplay of Q3 or SoF CTF.

it was prolly me And I still think it has taken away from TEAMPLAY, although when the FoS ppl play together we do try to squad up properly.

And since I didn't compete and only play Pubs, it's the only thing that made BF2 worth my time. It's still just a glorified BF'42 (which I didn't care for). It just gave me a reason to play.

Because I honestly still prefer a good game of Q3 or SoF2 CTF. Which I have gone back to and played the last few weeks.

games get boring = people start splitting hairs. it's part of the natural cycle. creating rules of engagement or expansion packs are all ways to keep the community busy/confused/lost in order to keep the player base up.
it's very similar to marriage. at first it is so intriguing but then the passion slowly fades and the next thing you know you are complaining because the player model's *** has grown two sizes and it's less likely to go prone. vacations or dates are like expansion packs. even though the player model is still there the surroundings are fresh and this diverts our attention from some of the annoying aspects.

either way, it's a fun way to occupy the time.
