I just got the game and it looks pretty good so far. I have not had any problems except when I was first loading it. So far it has been pretty good, I wish the Noob weapons were a little more powerful, because of the number of unlocks you have to get to get a weapon upgrade. I think it will keep my attention for a while. We'll have to wait and see.

I think it is a must get - I have had a ton of fun with this game so far - and Titan mode is a blast!

^^^^Yes Titan mode is a blast.

Go buy it if you liked Tribes2, UT, or FEAR Multiplayer, or like wierd bugs... I mean "Features"

Don't go buy it if you want SOF2 Q3 or 4 or UT03 type game play, or show EA that they must stop putting out Buggy pieces of software by keeping your hard eanred money from them. Obvioulsy anyone who got fired from Microsoft went to work for EA.

Overall "Yeah it is fun", but is is slower like all BF games. I doubt that it will be the next group game, with a full squad it could be pretty kool.

Total rating 72 out of 100... That is a C- folks.

Having gobs of fun with it.

One of my fav features is the "field upgrades": if you play in a squad and the squad does well, everybody gets a free unlock of your choice (based on the unlocks you have at that point). The unlock only lasts as long as you play that server (or that playing session, haven't figured out yet if it stays when you switch server without shutting down the game) but with a good squad you can get 2-3 upgrades in a map or two.

It is only for that server.

hahahah don't count on it.. I think me and BLong are gonna stand firm on this one. I have no intention of getting it or playing even if I got it for free.
Plus Battleracer is so much more amusing then bf2142 anyway

I have a "free" version I got like last week I think??? Havent even attempted to instal it yet. Matter of fact I was pruning my hard drive (yeah my 250 gig was down to about 8 left) and I may have even deleted it. Not sure though.
