Satnav from the Battlefield Singleplayer community has released a BF2 dirt bike mod. Checkout the screenshots below.

Pros
Fast,maneuverable,bots use them,climbs most hills,+1 passenger.
Cons
No weapons for driver or passenger,destroyed with one anti vehicle projectile.

Install
1. Open the zip and drag the folder into your bf2 or mod directory. eg. GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\BF2_dirtbike
2. Replace the archive files with the inculded ones or copy the top lines from the archive files and paste at the top of your own mod archive files.
3. Open the GamePlayObjects.con and replace any vehicle name with dirtbike.

If you don't want use the archive way you can extract the contents and put it in your own mod since there is only one object it should be easy enough.
