This is a response i got back from EA

Stats and rankings are for Ranked Servers. Make sure you have been playing on a Ranked server. You can locate a ranked server by checking the Ranked Server box in the Internet Filters options. You should also notice a double chevron icon to the left of the server name.

I never cared about stats in any game so a ranked server means nothing to me. All I've noticed is ppl are more concerned with their own stats than trying to properly complete a given games objectives.

You get more points for completing those objectives in this game though.

I love the ranked servers, makes the games feel like they have more purpose. Its cool when it tells you you get promoted, becasue then you get the little symbol next to your name and you also get prefrence over others to be a commander. Also its pretty cool to get all the medals and ish.

sorry i was referring to the rank thing being pointless. there will always be someone better no matter what rank you are .

The few ranked servers I have played on have been the worst, laggy servers I have ever played on. I was even on an EA one that was based in Chicago. Soon as I went to a non-ranked one, the game was smooth as hell.

Hahaha, Yea, why havent I gotten one of those. I really want to know how you earn some of the medals. I did score all three of the stars, Bronze, Silver and Gold. I figured that you got those if you got 1, 2, or 3 on a server. Strangely enough I got Gold first, then Bronze then Silver. Also Im usually on top iof the stats at the end of the map for either teamwork or revives lol.
