Eight times the level of anisotropic filtering. What this does is because keep details present on textures for much longer draw distances. It improves image quality a tremendous amount, though it hurts performance by about 10% on a high end card and about 50% on low end. Its way worth it to me though.

A64 at 2.4Ghz, and 1GB of RAM. Running 80.34 beta leaks.

Most likely my CPU. A64s love games, so much so that they kick every other processor's *** in them.

Also, those seeing that BF2 does not say 1280x1024 as a supported resolution, just add this to the end of your BF2 shortcut's target: +szx 1280 +szy 1024

hrrm the Athlon 64 FX 57 is still a bit out of my price range I guess I will have to wait.

bah $121 to double my corsair xms memory and get it to 2gigs.....hrmppphh...

You know what I hate more is when Someone or I calls an Artillery Strike, So I give it and then some dumb mothafocka walks right into it. I was banned today for dipshits walking into artillery then punishing me for it.

i don't play commander anymore because of that ****
****ing ridiculous

but get this
today i was an engi and laid a bunch of mines for a nearby enemy tank (and jeep) to roll over
so here comes a team humvee with 4 people in it
my mines are in plain sight and i'm standing right next to them and the dumb **** driver runs into them...
i was like, no way....
3 of the 4 punish for it
stunned and dumbfound, i struggle to realize what just happend...

that's what i HATE most
i'd like to play with some sensible people, such as yourselves
