Well, the quintiple penalty for shooting is a bit insane. Sometimes I feel like I need a 6' monitor, just to cover the spray of bullets from all the blunderbuss-like guns.

I mean, a penalty for movement, and a penalty for hipshooting, in addition to the built-in penalties for movement, moving targets, and hipshooting...yeesh. Oh wait, I forgot the double penalty for repeated fire.

So yeah, new players are going to have a tough time hitting anything.
