Updating DvT ServerQuery when the DvT or OF servers' IPs change:

Open the ServerQuery program and click the Web update near the lower right corner of the ServerQuery window. This will d/l a new copy of the ServerQuery configuration file from the DvT website - it will update the server IPs to the current values, but will also destroy any personal customizations that you may have made to the ServerQuery buttons.

Note: If you have any servers other than the DvT server and the OF server listed in ServerQuery, using the "Web update" button will delete those other servers. In this case you should manually update the DvT and/or OF server IPs as appropriate:

1. Click on the DvT or OF server button at the top; ignore the error message
2. Right-click on the "(Server not available)" button, the one you normally would click to join a server.
3. Enter the new IP and click Ok.

Yes, although Hex has been known to pass it out to non deviants if they have proven themselves worthy.


It is passworded to mainly keep out trolls and other various hack and aim bot users.

I still don't know how I can get on.
