DvT Server is back in LA
The new IP can be found here.

The P/L on the Dallas server finally pissed me off sufficiently last night that I followed thru on my threats of the last several weeks to move it back to LA.

Everyone was seeing double-digit P/L and Reckless was regularly getting 25+. The more I see, the more convinced I become that the Texas/West Coast problems are due to crappy routing in Dallas/Ft Worth. When I wasn't getting P/L to the Dallas server, I had no problems or issues playing there. My ping to Dallas was usually about 2x to 3x that of my ping to LA but this did not present any particular probs for my play.

I'll be watching for any P/L that UY or Cowbell may have...you guys should let me know what you experience.

Maybe ask Soul about putting your server status on the FOS front page with the other ones?

I would have done that already if it were a public server. However, being the cheap bastids that we are, we are paying the lower rate for a private, password required, server. I figured that putting that type of server on the FoS frontpage would just piss off people.
