So who won the debate here? Hillary or Obama?
Obama is the smoother talker....and I can see why he is appealing. However, considering the political ecological balance there is, he is speaking wishfully and his position is something all of us would hypothetically like to go along with. Reality says he's living in a dream world. Perhaps that is not the worst thing that could be.
I'd take him over Hillary anyday...knowing what a ruthless witch she is and "who" she has supported in the past. He has yet to show he is total loser and until he does, I won't accuse him of it.
Still, it seems any of the republicans are much more qualified, depsite the setbacks of the Bush admin. /shrugs

Yeah, one of my favorite things about Obama is who he isn't.
Eight years ago I would have voted for McCain. I believe I said as much at the time--had he won that primary he would have had my vote in the general election. Then he got up on stage and licked the boots of the racist scumbag who had run ads about his adopted daughter, who happens to be black, designed to mislead a typically racist audience into believing she was his illegitimate daughter. Seeing him willing to so completely debase himself in order to maintain political clout was an eye opener for me. He's gotten progressively worse on just about every issue I care about. *shrug*

I'm not thrilled with McCain either...he's hardly a true conservative. It seems I will have to vote for who I think is the lesser of bad choices.

Qualified to do what? Continue goose-stepping us into the black hole of corporate welfare and "Gotcha Capitalism" that Ronnie Baby made so popular?
"I like being taken into the shower and told to pick up the soap every time I get my paycheck from my employer and everytime I go to someone else's employer to spend it. That's why I vote Republican. They will ensure that business continues to drop the soap for me to pick up. It does irk me though that they make me pay for the soap."

McCain is your friend...a libby disguised as a conservative. Just not as far left as Obama or Clinton and a helluva lot more experienced in gov't.

Only reaon I tuned in was to see this master speaker I've heard so much about own Hillary...and he did for the most part.
The guy has everybody under his spell yet has no clear plan to implement for anything. Amazing.
They interviewed one young lady and she said "I keep hearing about how Obama isn't qualified but everybody needs a chance to get started"
LMAO!!
