All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of Frag On Sight, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.
By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.
The owners of Frag On Sight reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason.

Free Speech and Property Rights
The question of censorship and rights to free speech comes up once in a while. We have rules here at FragOnSight.com to keep things civil and fun. For that reason complete free speech is not allowed. We encourage lively debate and expressing your opinions. However, we do reserve the right to keep things within bounds. The First Amendment gives each of us the right, within reason, to state our opinions. The FragOnSight.com website s owner has the right to set the rules, terms, and conditions for membership at FragOnSight.com. So, the exercise of free speech in the forums cannot supercede the FragOnSight.com website rules of behavior. There is no Constitutional right to be a FragOnSight.com member.

Personal Attacks
Personal attacks are absolutely forbidden. That means no name calling, no posting pictures or links that are hostile, no hateful posts, etc. Comments need to be kept civil or they will be deleted and appropriate action will be taken against the offending poster. The FragOnSight.com forums are supposed to be a fun and friendly place for gaming enthusiasts to hang around. Name calling and hostility directed at other members is contrary to that premise.

Disputes With Other Forum Members
FragOnSight.com allows members to post regarding a bad transaction with another FragOnSight.com member, but only after they have made a reasonable effort to resolve the issue offline. Then, when a post is made outlining the problem, the post must be factual and may not deteriorate into a rant or a member-bashing exercise. We leave such threads open as long as they conform with FragOnSight.com rules/guidelines and in order to give all sides in an issue the opportunity to comment. FragOnSight.com members who have information relevant to the dispute may contribute to the thread, but should refrain from jumping in just for the purpose of stating their opinion. After each side has had a chance to post, the threads are locked and archived for future reference. The matter may not be addressed in multiple threads or revisited with the same already-posted information on subsequent days.

Criticism of FragOnSight.com or Its Moderators and/or Admins
FragOnSight.com welcomes constructive criticism. But questions or comments regarding FragOnSight.com or the actions of its moderators must be made in PMs or e-mails and not in open threads. The FragOnSight.com moderators and admins are volunteers who help enforce the website's rules and guidelines. Please don't make their jobs any more difficult than it needs to be by criticizing them in open threads.

Accounts used for advertising or traffic generation
If you create an account to advertise or generate traffic to your website you agree to pay the owner(s) of Frag On Sight.com a base advertising fee of $1,000.00 (One Thousand US Dollars) per post and additionally $1.00 (One US Dollars) per click that sends a user to your site. Upon posting of your ad administrators at Frag On Sight.com will remove links to your site and disabled your account. A bill will then be generated and sent to you, upon payment your account will be re-activated. If you wish to forego this process please use the contact us form to make advertising arrangements.

An account is designated a spam/advertising account if the account has ONLY been used to promote other sites or advertise products.
