I read the title and I thought this was gonna be a pic you snapped at some aquarium that would creep me the hell out lol

Really cute - I like the off-centeredness of the subjects and the nice blur of the background, and how the water is the only background, so there's no telling how far the pool stretches. Looks like fun times, nice pic!

Thanks all.. you like it for the same reasons I kept it and processed it.. I like the composition of them in the lower right corner and I liked the background of the waters. I have a themed competition coming up Monday night and I'm thinking of submitting this as one of my two color entries. The theme is "people".

I think it fits the theme well. Nice shot. Are your competitions local to your area or are they done over the WEB?

They are all local competitions.. I need to branch out further..I just don't have the time to go out, research and shoot different themes for more than one competition a month. I've not doing this long enough to have built up a large library of photos I've taken either... just damn hard to make a living and have a time consuming hobby all at the same time.

LOL...I recently sold a Jeep for that reason Varm. I always wish I had more time to work with photography. For me...it's pretty much vacation only.

I like the off center thing too. It gives an image more visual interest with people especially I think. That's why I did that with the picture of my daughter in AZ. It gives it more impact for some reason when it's people. I think the tendency is to think that the people are blocking something when they are in the middle.
