el parque

I was disappointed that I wasn't able to get at least one really good picture this day... but at least I got to hang out with a good friend (it's been a while) for an evening.

I thihnk you got a little too close to number one Laura. The edges of the weed are out of focus. I love #3. The reflection on the picnic tables are awesome, but I felt the image of the sun was too strong. But the reflection! WOOHOO! The number 5 pic has very nice tones and I love B&W photos of wood for some reason I can't explain.

I agree about the sun... it was way too overbearing in the pic... I had a few others where the sun was just barely peeking but I didn't like the rest them. And the dandelion I know was muuuuch more out of focus than I had intended. I was in the STRANGEST position taking that pic though... I didn't want to actually lay on the ground cuz it was icky... so I did some kind of spider man pose (cuz I had to crawl under some branches too lol) I just had a hard time seeing through the viewfinder if the fuzzies were in focus or not. But oh well, better luck next time! hehe

Oh, and I thought you might like the bench. When I was in the digital darkroom I thought about you. "(ab)use of a playground" hehe
