Comdemned for the 360, and also Kameo (my favorite 360 game that I've tried..... haha).
For the PC, I'd add a racing game, TrackMania Nations is free, arcardy and extremely fun.
Be careful with gaming centers, better make sure they have VERY good freezing software so programs and games dont get stolen or changed.

we are getting gamedrive, and Cybercafe pro. so the disks will not be needed for the most part, some games will require, and we will take into account. The software that we use to set up accounts, allows us to take down the address and such of the person playing, and they pay per hour of play. Therefore, if their disk goes missing, we know what computer its comming from.

Beware, Valve has a whole different setup for cybercafes buying their products, something to look into first. I do remember something about monthly fees per PC, so you many wish to hold off on Valve games until you get up and running for awhile, just something to think about.
