anyone tried it?

SourceForts is a Half Life 2: Deathmatch mod where Combine and Rebels face off in capture-the-flag action with a big twist. Players build bases and other structures with blocks and plates in the "build phase" to protect themselves and their team's flag (which is actually a ball), and then fight it out and try to capture the enemy's flag in the "combat phase". Once the combat phase has ended, it's back to build, where players can repair, improve, and change their creations to ready them for the next combat phase.

Gary's Mod had a mode extremely similair to this by the sounds of it.

If its even close to the mode in Gary's then its probably very fun. I'm assumign this was made becaue Gary's now must be bought, while this is free.

I'm going to check it out.

Just got done playing for a bit.

It was pretty fun. I wasnt playing on a full server since it was my first time, but I liked the way they handle the blocks and stuff.

Pretty cool concept, I wish they would just add the ability to twist the pieces around in the air, then it'd be awesome.

Good mod, well worth the download and certainly will have my eye on it.

Have not tried it yet just got better internet so I can finally start playing online again.
