I hope they do not dumb it down, its coming for consoles too so my hopes are not to high.

Playing the demo right now. Its actually much better than I was expecting. A pleasant surprise really, I will most likely grab it. First RTS game I've really enjoyed since Warcraft 3. For those wondering it uses the General's engine but the interface is much more like Red Alert 2 but fully updated and there's lots of room for technique and improving your play but easy to catch on.

hmmm
i wonder if its on newsgroups... for the demo does it require you to have a key? if not... i could probably put it on the fos ftp or something?

Demo is now a fully public release for those interested. You can grab at the usual places like Fileshack, etc. No need to pay, etc. Just finished the GDI demo mission, a great return for the series in my opinion.
