I was reading about this game over the weekend while sitting in the airport.

my boy who started it all for Desert Combat Mod for BF1942, the beginning of what became BF2 is starting his own project with the same team from the DC mod.

It was the mod that truely got me hooked on the BF series, EA aquired Frank's DC team and studio and used them to build BF2. Based on the interview, this game will rival QW:ET....

Good article about this game in one of the recent Games for Windows issue (its a good magazine, I swear!). Sounds interesting, could be something to really watch out for between it and QW:ET and see which one gets the genre done right this time.
