wow guys, thanks, ive been busy ... with school/work/work ... didnt even have time to jump online!

We are going to make images once we get the machines running the way that we want them to, with all the games and such. We have only recieved about 1/4 of the games that we are going to install, because of licencing....we should have most of them by the end of the month.

when we start making money, i wanted to do something like what you suggested lopo, more of a centralized, hassle-free, managable system to do it every day or so...question with that though, it might not work the way we want it to.... people come here to play games on their breaks .... and some people play single player at that , so their profiles will probably be wiped out, is there ways for the software to go around certain directories?

hmm, its still the first week in, we will probably start to see a bit more clientell as soon as we get more well known, grand opening weekend , we had around at least 200 people in and out every day, and we did make money selling yearly memberships, bawls, and slush puppies... so it wasn't completely "free", but we also did raffle off that computer .... and we only lost alittle that weekend cause of the money we made back, so it wasnt too bad.

it also kinda sucks that we already have windows xp pro on all the machines, so i mean w/o a s2k3 box, im kinda **** in the water with AD permissions and such. basically the software completely limits the user, its a complete block of all administrative rights, cannot ctrl alt dlt, cant get to the windows start menu even. you can click on 4 buttons, Games, Programs, Internet, Logout

with a quick google, i found this ...

You can do that with local policies Dyn. Once you create one you can copy files to each.

As far as the directory goes, you will most likely have that one a central server, so even if you wipe/reimage the workstations the users will always have their home directory on a server somewhere on your network.

But that screenshot you posted looks sweet.
