DS Lite Sales - Amazing

Nintendo launched the DS Lite just two days ago and they have already eclipsed over 130K in sales. Now that's IMPRESSIVE. Heck, even if the Wii doesnt sell that great (Though I expect it too sell great), Nintendo makes a killing off their portables. Read about it here.

I had one of these in my hands yesterday. A client of mine had one with him. The little bugger is cool. It looks as if Apple has done it again though...now everything will be gloss white as well as named iSomethingorother. Haven't owned anything nintendo since the first system myself though. I'm just not a Mario fan.

The DS is pretty cool little thing. You can get Opera for it, and Opera will be included on the Wii also.

I'd like to have one myself. Though I dont really have a purpose anymore.

That's kind of my position on all of the portables anymore. I'd never use it but it's cool.

I'd love to see Nintendo make a comeback.
Their NES and SNES were great game machines,
and their portables have had lots of promise.

Love my PC, but if any console makes it,
I'd rather it be Nintendo over MS or Sony.

Well, I expect Nintendo to have a very big success with the Wii. You're talking about a console that would actually making playing a FPS the ultimate experience, since the controller (more like remote) is completely motion sensitive.

Plus the console will have access to the a library of tons of classic Nintendo and even some Sega games, from the NES, SNES, and N64 for Nintendo games and then a variety of Sega, plus it has native support for the Gamecube discs and games.

Its a very radical machine and in every respect its what gaming needs right now. It enables things that no other console, or PC really for that matter, ever has. Plus its cheap at a lower than $250 expected price.
