Reviews of power supplies that use good equipment for testing is pretty hard to find, about the best round up I've seen is at Hexus, where they took $10K testing equipment and tested 34 PSUs.
I believe there are two Hiper's in the round up, the first Hiper is a 350watt that doesnt do so well and then a 480 watt that does do well. So take that as you want.
If you want a modular PSU then I really suggest you look at some of the OCZ models. They dont have those fancy connectors, but it does use detachable cables., so it makes routing really easy.
