Sounds great, but at what point is this overkill?
I doubt half the sites I visit can pump their crap
to me fast enough to make a difference, and torrents
will still be throttled (I assume). Google and Microsoft
have big pipes, but will a search page result coming
back faster than the current time of 0.3 seconds, or the
rare file download from MS be worth it?
